Call statuses

  • answered: call was answered by a participant.
  • busy: destination (or all routed numbers) was busy.
  • ended: call terminated without being answered and not due to timeout/busy (e.g., caller hung up in IVR; system ended call before routing).
  • failed: technical failure (SIP errors like 403/404, config/routing failures); no ringing/media on callee side.
  • noanswer: PBX attempted delivery (channels created) but nobody answered; timed out or hit fallback (e.g., voicemail).
