Asterisk system account

• Installer creates an Odoo account asterisk1 with a generated password for Agent→Odoo access.
• Do not change this password; account is portal-level and used only for Agent comms.

Country and timezone

• Set the correct country to parse local caller IDs into E.164.
• Ensure server timezone is correct for call timestamps.
