Enable recording
- Enable recording on the PBX.
- Enable recording download to Odoo (PBX → Settings).
Recorded calls are uploaded to Odoo and attached to the call record.
Storage options
- Odoo attachments (secured by Odoo ACLs)
- Odoo DB (binary field)
- S3 (via Odoo S3 module)
- External HTTP storage (public link)
Permissions
- PBX Admin: full access.
- PBX User: recordings where the user made/received/was called.
- PBX Supervisor: read access to all recordings.
FAQ
- Recording tab not visible: user likely lacks access to that call.
