## Buttons

* **Test** / **Asterisk ping**: verify Odoo↔Asterisk connectivity.

## Asterisk system account

* Installer creates an Odoo account `asterisk1` with a generated password for Agent→Odoo access.
* Do not change this password; account is portal-level and used only for Agent comms.

## Country and timezone

* Set the correct country to parse local caller IDs into E.164.
* Ensure server timezone is correct for call timestamps.
